Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Note: For production defects, a physical return of the item is not required, but photo validation is mandatory to process the claim through our printing partners.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy) In accordance with EU consumer law, residents of the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.

Conditions: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Packages sent back directly to the printing facility without prior authorization will not be accepted.
