Refund & Return Policy

General Policy (Non-EU Customers) All our products are custom made-to-order upon purchase. For all orders shipped outside the European Union (such as the USA, UK, and Rest of the World), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, size selection errors, or change of mind.

EU Residents Exception (14-Day Right of Withdrawal) If you are a resident of the European Union, EU consumer law grants you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for change of mind are paid by the customer.

• Return Address: Items must be shipped strictly to our address in Italy: Sicilian Soul — Via Amico Valenti 125, 93100 Caltanissetta (CL), Italy. (Do not return items to the printing facility).

Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors (Worldwide) Regardless of your location, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring a physical return.

Order Changes & Cancellations Because items enter production quickly, order cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once placed. Please review your order carefully.
